How to extract leads from LinkedIn search and Sales Navigator
Copy a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search into 12Pilot Prospect Extractor, page it like a human, score the list, and enroll a campaign — without living in CSV files.

The search is the strategy. Extraction is just plumbing. If the Sales Navigator URL is “people in the US with the word marketing,” no sequencer will save you. If the URL is the ICP, 12Pilot Prospect Extractor is how that URL becomes a list you can enroll without downloading CSVs at 11 p.m.

What to paste
From the 12Pilot dashboard, open Prospect Extractor and give it the same search you already trust in LinkedIn:
- Classic LinkedIn people search (title, location, keywords)
- Sales Navigator search (better filters, higher result ceiling)
You can paste the results URL. You do not need to rebuild every filter inside 12Pilot if LinkedIn already has them. Pagination should look like a person: several pages across working hours, not 2,500 profiles in one burst. You will not send 2,500 invites this week anyway — see weekly invite reality.
What you get in the workspace
Each row becomes a prospect you can filter, enrich, and score. Typical fields: name, title, company, location, profile URL, and whatever else the search exposed. From there:
- Drop obvious misses (students, competitors, people you already enrolled).
- Apply ICP / lead scoring so the campaign does not start at a random sort.
- Save a named list. Enroll that list into a campaign, not “whatever is on screen.”
Extraction credits and sender limits follow the plan. Volume is tied to seats you actually run, not an infinite scrape.
Extractor vs AI Outreach vs Maps
- Extractor: you already know the search. You want the list in the DB.
- AI Outreach: you know the ICP in words; you want a preview and draft sequences, then you approve. AI still cannot send.
- Maps: the buyer is a local business, not a Sales Nav title. Import Maps first.
Do not extract more than you can send
A thousand-row list that sits a month is a stale list. Convert public IDs to sendable profiles close to send time, not three weeks early. If two campaigns share a seat, they share the daily cap — pause one or cut both.
After the list exists, the next document is the sequence: view, invite, wait, message. Extraction without a sequence is a spreadsheet with extra steps.
Open Prospect Extractor on 12Pilot, paste the search you already use, and enroll only the rows you would send by hand.
