Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 12Pilot websites and products operated by 12Monday Technologies. By creating an account or using 12Pilot, you agree to these Terms.
The service
12Pilot provides software to help teams manage LinkedIn prospecting, outreach sequences, inbox, content, and related workflows. Features may vary by plan. We may update, add, or remove features as we improve the product.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, seats, workspace members, and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information.
Acceptable use
You agree to use 12Pilot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with LinkedIn’s terms, applicable laws, and any usage limits in your plan. You must not:
- Spam, harass, or send deceptive or unlawful messages
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security, or billing controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service except as allowed by law
- Upload malware or content you do not have rights to use
- Use the product in a way that risks LinkedIn account bans without accepting that risk—automation always carries platform risk
Customer data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to 12Pilot (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your workspace. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change prices with notice for upcoming renewal periods. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Third-party services
12Pilot integrates with third parties (including LinkedIn and payment processors). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by LinkedIn or other platforms.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF 12PILOT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT OR THAT LINKEDIN WILL PERMIT ALL AUTOMATED ACTIVITY.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 12MONDAY TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Termination
You may stop using 12Pilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will be effective after notice (email or in-product) or as stated on the page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
