Delete your 12Pilot account

How to request account deletion

You can delete your 12Pilot account yourself in the product, or ask us to do it by email. Both methods permanently remove your login and the workspace data you solely own.

• In-app (fastest): sign in at 12pilot.net/auth, open Settings, then choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. You will be signed out when deletion completes.
• By email: send a message to support@12pilot.net from the email address on your 12Pilot account. Use the subject “12Pilot account deletion request” and include that account email plus any workspace names you want removed.
• We verify the request against the registered account, then delete the account. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days of verification.
• If you own a workspace that still has other members, transfer ownership to another member first. Shared workspaces block deletion until you do.

Data we delete

When deletion succeeds, we remove your 12Pilot user account and data stored in 12Pilot for workspaces you own by yourself, including:

• Login and profile (email, name, authentication records)
• Workspace memberships and team-seat records for you
• Prospects, lists, campaigns, sequences, messages, and related outreach history in those workspaces
• Connected LinkedIn seat records and credentials stored in 12Pilot for those workspaces
• Content drafts, scheduled posts, and product settings in those workspaces

Data we keep

Some information is not removed by an account-deletion request, or is kept only as long as the law or another customer’s workspace requires:

• Your LinkedIn account on LinkedIn’s platform — deleting 12Pilot does not delete or alter your LinkedIn profile
• Workspaces owned by someone else, and workspaces you own that still have other members (until you transfer ownership)
• Billing and tax records (for example invoices processed by our payment provider) for as long as applicable law requires, typically up to 7 years
• Security, fraud, and server logs that may incidentally include your IP or account identifiers, retained for up to 90 days then purged or anonymized
• Backup copies of already-deleted data, retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery, then overwritten
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you

Retention after deletion

Live product data listed under “Data we delete” is removed when the request is processed. Backup and security-log copies may remain for up to 90 days, then are purged. Legal billing records may be kept longer as described above. Deletion cannot be undone.
