Daily limits and account types

12Pilot shows recommended daily limits on each LinkedIn account. Hitting LinkedIn’s own caps can pause sending or restrict the seat.

Practical rules

• Start lower than the maximum on a new or recently restricted account.
• Do not run two aggressive campaigns on the same seat at full volume.
• Watch the usage bars on LinkedIn Accounts during the day.
• Sales Navigator / Recruiter features in search need a matching LinkedIn subscription.

If you hit a limit

Pause the campaign, wait for the next day (workspace timezone), and lower daily volume. See Campaign not sending if nothing goes out after a reset.
